My Left behind on the beach

Left behind  on the beach:

Left behind on the beach:

Kids playing with the  smooth sparkly sand

which gets on them, everywhere

sandcastles sinking, as huge waves crash

them down recklessly.

Left behind on the beach:

Sitting on  beach chairs in the cheerfully glorious weather

watching the setting sun flowing down

birds flying to collect their food,

while treasured jewels are found.

Left behind on the beach:

Sam playing on his PSP and video games while

Mum and Dad are laughing,

adorable cousins Claire and Shane

puffing after having long races.

Waves clashing, men fishing

boats speeding as lovely children

are swimming in the fresh water.
